rude staff average food
the hotel provides a free airport shuttle it met my expectations.
the front desk staff seemed short on courtesy when i mentioned the tv was not working correctly i also had dinner at the restaurant the food was average i probably will not return.

curt staff slow service
The shuttle was convenient for my early flight. Though I booked it in advance, so it was a smooth ride.
The front desk staff was rather curt when I asked for an extra towel. the restaurant food tasted bland, and the service there was slow. I suspect they might have been short-staffed that evening.

long wait expensive taxi
The staff were friendly and helpful.
i was told to call for transport. i did this, but an hour's wait was quoted. After such a long flight I did not want that wait so i took a taxi myself. it was expensive and this annoyed me.

late dinner airport shuttle varied breakfast
The restaurant provided a very quick late dinner service to my room, everything was carefully packed. I very much appreciated this. the hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle operating between 06:00 and 23:45. I found this schedule quite convenient. i found the breakfast varied with many choices.
the water pressure in the shower wasn't particularly strong.

The room was large! It had all necessary toiletries available. The beds were comfortable for a good night's rest
